- Details about your packages: tracking numbers, descriptions, weights, values and merchant invoices
- Messages, delivery requests, courier bookings and sourcing requests you send us
- A record of your invoices and payments

- To receive, ship, clear, store and hand over your packages
- To carry out courier bookings and sourcing requests
- To prepare invoices and record payments
- To email you about your packages, bookings and account
- To send you news and offers, if you have not opted out
- To meet our legal obligations, including customs requirements
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, and only with:
- Our warehouse and freight partners, so they can handle your packages
- The Jamaica Customs Agency and other authorities, where the law requires it
- Fygaro, our card payment processor, when you pay online
- The companies that host this website and deliver our emails
We do not sell your personal information.
Card payments
All prices and payments are in Jamaican dollars (JMD). Card payments are processed by Fygaro over an encrypted connection and checked with 3-D Secure. Shippy Xpress never stores your full card number.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to keep you logged in to your account. We do not use them to follow you around other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and shipping records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business and customs records.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your details under Account at any time. You can stop news emails with the link at the bottom of any news email or under Account. Emails about your own packages and bookings are part of the service and will still be sent.
Under Jamaica's Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account.
