Delivery Policy

Collecting at a pickup location

You choose your pickup location when you sign up and can change it under Account. We email you when a package is ready. Your invoice must be paid before or when you collect.

Please collect within 30 days of the day we tell you a package is ready. After 30 days an uncollected package is treated as abandoned and may be sold to recover the charges owed on it.

Delivery to your address

If you would rather have a package brought to you, choose Schedule delivery in your account, pick the packages and enter the address and the date you prefer.

We confirm the delivery fee and the delivery time with you before the package goes out. Your invoice and the delivery fee must be paid before or on delivery.

Local courier service

We collect and drop off items within Kingston, Saint Andrew and Saint Catherine, Monday to Friday. You can book on this website with or without an account.

• Within Kingston and Saint Andrew, or within Saint Catherine: J$1,000
• From one area to the other: J$1,200
• Same day express within one area: J$1,500
• Same day express from one area to the other: J$2,000

Bookings are made at least one working day ahead. Same day express must be booked before 10:00 am. Next working day, morning or any time, must be booked before 2:00 pm.

You can pay online, at pickup or at drop-off. We email a confirmation to you as soon as you book.

On the day

Someone must be at the address to hand over or receive the item, and may be asked to show identification. If no one is available, we will contact you to arrange another time, and a second delivery fee may apply.

Delays

We do our best to keep to the time we give you. Traffic, weather and other events outside our control can cause delays, and we will let you know if your delivery is running late.
